At Cozy Crannies, we carefully process each order so your items can be prepared and shipped with care. Our home and lifestyle pieces are sourced from trusted supplier partners around the world, while our original Studio designs are made to order and fulfilled separately through our print partner. We currently offer free standard shipping across Canada and the United States.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Canada and the United States, but we hope to expand to more countries in the future.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping across Canada and the United States. There are no minimum order requirements for free shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, most home, pet, style, and lifestyle items are delivered within 7 to 12 business days depending on your location and the item ordered.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, production timing, or other factors outside of our control.
Cozy Crannies Studio Items
Studio pieces are prepared after your order is placed. Because they are made specifically for each order, they may take a little extra time before they ship. Estimated delivery for Studio items is typically 9 to 14 business days depending on production time, destination, and carrier movement.
If your order includes both Studio items and non-Studio items, your items may arrive separately.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched as processing times may vary depending on the item.
If your order ships in separate packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
