Some products may be prepared after your order is placed, including Cozy Crannies Studio items. Product pages and policies may include additional details where applicable.
Cozy Crannies Studio Items
Cozy Crannies Studio pieces are prepared after your order is placed. Because these items are made specifically for each order, they may take a little extra time before they ship.
Cozy Crannies Studio items are not eligible for general returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to size preference, colour preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
If a Cozy Crannies Studio item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@cozy-crannies.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund with no need to return the original item.
Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, product availability, and product information at any time without prior notice.
If there is an error in pricing, product details, promotion details, shipping details, or availability, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or update the order if necessary.
Orders
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel an order if needed, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect information, pricing errors, inventory issues, product availability issues, shipping restrictions, or policy violations.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through available payment providers at checkout, including Square.
Cozy Crannies does not store your full credit card number or complete payment details on our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping options, rates, and availability are shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days depending on your location and the item ordered.
Cozy Crannies Studio items are prepared after your order is placed and may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated delivery for Studio items is typically 9 to 14 business days depending on production time, destination, and carrier movement.
If your order includes both Studio items and non-Studio items, your items may arrive separately.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, production timing, or other factors outside of our control.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging wherever possible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cozy Crannies Studio items are not eligible for general returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to size preference, colour preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse because they are prepared specifically for each order.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@cozy-crannies.com with your order number and clear photos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund. In most cases you will not need to return the original item.
Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days of approval. For orders processed through Square, refunds typically appear within 2 to 7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at hello@cozy-crannies.com. After 24 hours, your order may already be in fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.
Cozy Crannies Studio items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
If you need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly at hello@cozy-crannies.com or call 1 (289) 723-0041 before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly, and reaching out to us is always the fastest path to a resolution.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the dispute being contested with full order documentation provided to the payment processor.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@cozy-crannies.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your request within 2 to 3 business days and offer a free replacement or full refund. In most cases you will not need to return the original item.
Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, email address, shipping address, billing information, and any other details needed to process your order.
Cozy Crannies is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
