At Cozy Crannies, we want every order to feel like a good decision. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — just reach out and we’ll take care of you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at hello@cozy-crannies.com. After 24 hours, your order may already be in fulfilment and cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, please follow our return process below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging wherever possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note that credit card chargeback windows may extend beyond our 14-day return period. We always encourage customers to contact us directly at hello@cozy-crannies.com rather than filing a dispute — we genuinely want to make it right, and reaching out to us is always the fastest path to a resolution.

Starting a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@cozy-crannies.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return requests are reviewed within 2 to 3 business days of submission. Once reviewed, we will provide the next steps including the return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@cozy-crannies.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your request within 2 to 3 business days and offer a free replacement or full refund. You will not need to return the original item in most cases — we’ll sort it out for you.

Cozy Crannies Studio Items

Studio pieces are original designs created exclusively by Cozy Crannies and made specifically for each order. Because of this, Studio items are not eligible for general returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to size preference, colour preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your Studio item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@cozy-crannies.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund with no need to return the original item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days of approval.

For orders processed through Square, refunds typically appear within 2 to 7 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Processing times may vary and are outside of our control once the refund has been issued on our end.

Please note that if you paid by credit card, your card network’s chargeback window may be longer than our return period. We encourage you to contact us first — a direct refund through us is always faster than a dispute.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Cozy Crannies Studio items
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original condition
  • Items returned without prior approval
