Orders & Shipping
Where do your products come from?
Our home and lifestyle pieces are sourced from trusted supplier partners around the world and shipped directly to your door. Our original Studio designs are made to order and fulfilled separately through our print partner.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days depending on your location and the item ordered. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Will I receive tracking? Yes. Tracking information is sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch as processing times may vary depending on the item.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes โ free standard shipping across Canada and the United States on every order, no minimum required.
Where do you ship? We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We hope to expand to more countries in the future โ email us at hello@cozy-crannies.com to let us know where you’d like us to ship next.
Can I pick up my order locally? We’re an online-only store based in Mississauga, Ontario, so we don’t offer local pickup or in-person shopping. All orders ship directly to your door โ which we think is the better part anyway. ๐งก
Can I schedule a delivery time? We’re unable to guarantee exact delivery dates as timing depends on the carrier and destination. If you have a preferred timeframe, leave a note at checkout or email us at hello@cozy-crannies.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns? Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Contact us at hello@cozy-crannies.com before sending anything back.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@cozy-crannies.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund โ and in most cases you won’t need to return the original item.
Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing hello@cozy-crannies.com. After 24 hours your order may already be in fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.
How long do refunds take? Once your return is approved, your refund is issued within 2 to 3 business days. It then takes 2 to 7 business days to appear on your original payment method depending on your bank or card provider.
What are Cozy Crannies Studio items? Studio pieces are original designs created exclusively by Cozy Crannies and made specifically for each order. Because of this they aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind or size preference. However if your Studio item arrives damaged or incorrect we’ll send a free replacement or full refund right away โ no need to return the original.
